The project lotification development is managed by Grupo SIM, S.A. in a 38.5 Hectares farm, located in Alto Boquete, at the Chiriqui`province. The whole property is segmented for development in accordance with the master plan program. The first stage has 9 Hectares 6,292.23 sq meters.

Each stage will be create with different specifications, which preserves the special characteristics of a private village in one architectural harmony among the different house designs available.

The project now on development will have main asphalted streets of 15 meters and internal streets of 12.80 meters.

Inside this private village you will enjoy a quiet environment surrounded by a country side view of mountains like "Las Huacas Hill" and "The Baru" which is a non active vulcano. To guarantee the project integrity and the clean appearance, we will bring to you, under a maintenance quote a complete services plan.

Included Services:

- Private water supply
- Close and private community
- Security Check Point
- Garden and green areas maintenance
- Garbage recollection

The services detailed are subjected to a monthly quote payment of $50.00 by lot and $75.00 by lot with house.

Note: Grupo SIM, S.A. preserves all the right to change the maintenance quote, or add new services subjected to that increment.

Our City

Panamá

Boquete is a district located north of the Chiriqui Province in western Panama. It has an area of 488.4 km2 and a population of 22.435 inhabitants (2011). This district is known for having a temperate climate, unlike much of the country, because the district is based in the Cordillera Central. Its capital is the town of Bajo Boquete. Because of its location, the district of Boquete has a special atmosphere. During the day the temperature can be up to 28 ° C and a minimum of 15 ° C at night. With these temperatures, the atmosphere is suitable for growing flowers and coffee.
